Communities Building Peace in the Territories-CONPAZ, a broad coalition of churches and associations in Colombia, has sent a letter to President Juan Manuel Santos and to the Maximum Commander of the ELN, Nicolás Rodríguez. In it they say: “Yes, to the bilateral ceasefire; Yes, to the construction of an integral peace.”
