After helping Syrian refugees come to the U.S. last year, the Trump Administration’s travel ban upended a group of New York churches and synagogue’s mission to help the Khoja family resettle, including that of Rutgers Presbyterian Church.

Both the Christian Reformed Church in North America and the Reformed Church in America have joined their voices in opposition to the Trump Administration’s ban on refugees.

The Very Reverend Dr. Sang Chul Lee, the 32nd Moderator of The United Church of Canada, died peacefully at his Newmarket, Ontario, home on Saturday, January 28. He was 92.

Uniting Church in Australia President Stuart McMillan has posted about his recent visit to the Middle East: “Why did we go? In Romans chapter 12, verse 5 we are reminded that: ‘We in Christ though many form one body and each member belongs to all the others.’ We went to be present for our sisters and brothers in Christ.”
