Amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws

The 2017 General Council will consider proposed amendments to the WCRC’s Constitution and Bylaws. To amend the Constitution, an affirmative vote of two-thirds of the delegates in attendance is needed.

The English version of the Constitution is the legally binding version that will be voted upon, but below are translations of both the current Constitution and Bylaws and the document with the the proposed amendments.
