If you have left a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. Since comments have been disabled, none of this data is available to the public.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you have signed up for our eNewsletter or attended one of our events, your contact information is stored in Salesforce, which has a highly robust data protection regime. Email addresses are stored in and utilised through MailChimp. If your data needs updating or you wish to view the data we retain on you, please send an email to email@example.com.
